- Gifting cannot be tied to sexual or sexually suggestive content, including pay-for-content arrangements of this nature.
- Bullying, threats, stalking, or harassment of any kind is not tolerated.
- Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or any form of targeted abuse based on race, gender, identity, orientation, religion, or background is strictly forbidden.

- Fraudulent activity, fake gifting, or chargeback abuse undermines trust and may result in removal.
- Sharing someone's private information without their consent—such as home addresses, financial details, or personal conversations—is not allowed.
- Respect everyone's boundaries, both online and offline.
- Using BigWish in ways it was not intended (e.g., as a payment processor, fundraising platform, or for financial services) is not allowed.
- Avoid off-platform redirection that violates our rules or misleads gifters.
